Every order placed with Geek2Seek.com is picked and packed with care, processed and shipped usually same day or next day (excluding weekends and holidays). You will normally receive your order in 2-5 business days after shipping. (Certain locations require additional 1-2 days delivery time.)

Q: What Are Our Shipping & Delivery Methods?
A: Geek2Seek.com currently uses Two shipping methods: UPS delivery and Freight (LTL) for large or oversize items.

UPS delivery - This is our primary shipping method for orders weighing less than 150lbs. Some items are oversized and may require additional handling costs. Although we make every effort to be accurate with our UPS shipping costs, if your order is heavy or is large in size, we may need to contact you for additional shipping or need to convert your shipping method to LTL Truck.

Freight (LTL) - This is our method of shipping large package items, individual items weighing more than 150lbs and orders totaling more than 250lbs. Due to their size, some items may Require shipment via LTL Truck. Orders shipping Truck will require a phone number contact in case of special delivery needs or your availability needs to be confirmed by the driver.

Q: Where Do We Ship & Deliver?
A: Geek2Seek.com can ship anywhere in the USA via UPS or to any of the 48 continental US states via LTL Truck. - Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico customers need to call Customer Care to make delivery arrangements for all LTL Truck shipments. Q: What Are Our Shipping & Delivery Rates?
A: UPS - Charges are based on the weight and dimensions of the products shipped and the shipping destination. Some shippable items may require Special Handling due to their size. We can combine-ship most orders with multiple packages weighing less than 250lbs UPS . Combined Orders weighing more than 250lbs will need to ship LTL Truck.
Freight (LTL) - Charges are based on the weight and total dimension of the products shipped along with the region of the country to which the item is being delivered.

Q: When Will My Order Arrive?
A: Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) from the time the order is placed. Items shipping with UPS Ground will generally arrive within 2 - 5 days from the time the order leaves the warehouse. Please allow some extra time for packages shipping LTL truck.
