Return Policy:
Please inspect your packages before signing for them. If a package appears damaged, you must ask the carrier to note that you believe it may be damaged prior to signing for it (make a damage exception). Unfortunately, when you sign for a package from the freight carrier, you're essentially saying "I have received this package and it is undamaged". Damaged items are not returnable so being able to file a damage claim with the carrier is essential for compensation. On receipt of your packages, please inspect them carefully.
The following products are not accepted for return and must be repaired by manufacturers' authorized service centers: TVs and monitors, computer products, RAM, laser printers, scanners, fax and other devices with delicate optics. To locate a service center near you, please refer to your product manual. Unused software may be returned, if unopened, with some exceptions. Defective software, games, CDs and DVDs may be returned for the same title only. Some software programs, consumables and media are not returnable to Geek2Seek under any circumstance and must be returned to the manufacturer. Stereo and electronic equipment should be bench-tested prior to installation (units that have been installed, scratched, or abused will not be accepted for return or credit).
The brand name products we carry are genuine, fresh and factory sealed (unless clearly stated). Because of this, we can only accept returns of unopened product within 30 days of receipt and they will be charged up to a 20% re-stocking fee. All returns must be pre-approved. This is so we can give you necessary reference numbers, the correct shipping address and any other instructions that may be needed (can vary from brand to brand). Please make sure to contact us to begin the returns process.
